GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
By making a booking, the user agrees to enter into a rental contract with Apartamentos Now Granada, and both parties commit to respecting these General Conditions and the accommodation's House Rules.
Only the guests listed in the original booking and at check-in are permitted to stay in the apartment. Any additional person who stays overnight must be approved.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
LEGAL REGISTRATION: as an authorised tourist accommodation in Andalusia, we are required to verify the identity documents of each guest and register them in the 'travellers' register' of the Civil Guard, in accordance with Decree 28/2016, of 2 February, on tourist dwellings in Andalusia, and the applicable national public safety regulations. Each apartment has its own individual tourist registration number, which is displayed in the listing and in the corresponding booking confirmation.

MAKING A BOOKING
Our automatic availability and pricing system will allow you to choose the apartment of your interest and make an online booking instantly.
Initial payment: To book your chosen accommodation, select it and provide the requested information. If you decide to proceed with the booking, an initial online payment by credit card may be required, representing a percentage of the total amount. If the credit card provided is not valid and the charge cannot be processed by Apartamentos Now Granada, a member of our team will contact you at the phone number or email address you have provided. If the requested payment is not completed or we are unable to reach you through the contact details provided, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In that case, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Booking confirmation: Once the initial payment has been made, if required by the booking conditions, the reservation will be confirmed instantly and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your booking (booking details, apartment address, contact person details, etc.).
Final payment: The total accommodation amount must be paid once the refundable cancellation policy specified in your booking has been met and before your arrival at the selected accommodation. This payment request may be sent to you via a secure payment link, in compliance with European Union legislation governing the provision of payment services and electronic payment transactions, transposed into Spanish law through Royal Decree-Law 19/2018 on payment services and other urgent financial measures.

PRICES
Prices are always displayed in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the time of year or special events, according to each apartment. Apartamentos Now Granada therefore reserves the right to modify them, with automatic updates on the website.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Guests must inform Apartamentos Now Granada of their estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before the start of their stay. Apartamentos Now Granada is not responsible for any delays or inconveniences caused by a lack of this information. Additional check-in fees may apply for a specific arrival time, as stated in the booking.
At the time of departure, guests must vacate the apartment with all their luggage. Apartamentos Now Granada reserves the right to remove any luggage still in the apartment after the check-out time, and/or to charge the guest a penalty, which may be deducted from the Damage Deposit.

CLEANING
Apartamentos Now Granada works with professional cleaning and laundry services that follow health and safety protocols in accordance with Spanish guidelines.
Upon departure, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition. If these standards are not met, additional cleaning costs may be charged.

GUEST BEHAVIOUR
Guests commit to behaving in a respectful and considerate manner towards neighbours.
They also commit to respecting the property, furniture, and equipment made available to them, taking good care of them and reporting any damage observed to Apartamentos Now Granada.
In the event of failure to comply with general coexistence rules, Apartamentos Now Granada has the right to require guests to vacate the accommodation immediately.

NOISE
Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties, especially during night-time hours (from 22:00 to 9:00).
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the holiday rental contract, eviction, loss of rent paid, and additional charges that may be deducted from the damage deposit.
Guests must notify Apartamentos Now Granada of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as possible.

SECURITY
Whenever guests leave the apartment, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent damage from rain and water.
Guests commit to not copying and/or handing over the property keys to third parties, and to taking the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the property. In the event of lost keys, guests must notify Apartamentos Now Granada as soon as possible.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any request to modify the dates of a stay must be approved by Apartamentos Now Granada. If, for any reason, the guest needs to cancel the booking in full or in part, the cancellation policy will apply.
If, for any reason beyond its control, including force majeure, Apartamentos Now Granada is required to modify the booking conditions, it must immediately notify the guest. Should no agreement be reached on the modified conditions, the full amount paid will be refunded to the guest, who shall have no further right to claim.

LIABILITY
Apartamentos Now Granada is not liable for any damage caused through the use of equipment, or in cases of theft, fire, or other criminal activity. Under any circumstance, Apartamentos Now Granada will make every effort to find a swift solution to any incident. During the stay, guests are responsible for all their personal valuables.

PERSONAL DATA
The processing and use of personal data is carried out solely for the following purposes:

Management of the stay and requested services, and communication with guests.
Reporting to the competent authorities, as required by the tourism regulations of the Junta de Andalucía.

The information is stored on a secure server for as long as necessary to carry out the various processing activities, in accordance with applicable tourism regulations.
The data collected by Apartamentos Now Granada will not under any circumstances be shared with third-party companies, except with the competent authorities when required by applicable law.
